[WriteLog] Stew Perry Contest

I sent in the Stew Perry Cabrillo format log. The robot sent it back, I forgot 
the hypen 
between Stew and Perry I revised the log and resubmitted. It was accepted and I 
received 
a tracking number. The rules do not require the Cabrillo format but there is a 
robot to 
recieve this format if you wish. Tree N6TR sent a request to 
cq-contest@contesting.com 
requesting the use of the cabrillo format. That is why I did it. I also learned 
something new.
