[WriteLog] RITTY commands in autoexec

I lost the commands that RITTY needs in your autoexec.bat file to utilize
the Creative sound card properly.
The first one was:
Setblaster  (some parameters_
Can remember the second line.

I'd appreciate it if someone would send them to me.
