[WriteLog] RIGBlaster control

I am having some confusion/difficulty getting my RigBlaster (on comm port 4)
to work with WriteLog for SSB contests. I don't see how to tell the program
to use port 4 to key the RigBlaster. I can see how it would use the Radio
port if I were using one of those contacts. I have the rotor on Comm1, the
rig on Comm2 and the RigBlaster on Comm4.

Anyone suggest where I am going wrong?
