Yep, it was the CT-17 that went over the boarder. Another ham brought his CT-17 
over and the 
computer and rig talked good. Another ham who repairs ICOM police radios is 
going to 
replace the chip. Should be ready for the next contest. Thanks to all who gave 
me good ideas
