[WriteLog] Oceania Contest

I am a current user of the Writelog programme, while using the log last =
year in the Oceania DX contest (2001) I found that the programme would =
not accept four (4) digit serial numbers. Can you please advise if this =
has been logged previously and if any amendments have been made or will =
be made prior to this year's contest.
