[WriteLog] "Bands" Selection Box in Packet Spots Window

Would appreciate a tip as to why my Bands selection box in the Packet Spots 
window doesn't offer individual band options.  I only see "All Bands" and 
"Follow Me" (which doesn't work).  I can't seem to recall what puts the 
Packet Spots window in this funky state???
