[WriteLog] Precedence in cabrillo?

It looks as if the U in the exchanges should be enough for the
precedence.

   OK, wearing my ignorance on my sleeve agn - I don't see where to put
   precedence in cabrillo log.  Power choices are HIGH, LOW, and QRP.  Do I
   just edit power to "U" after making the cabrillo?
