[WriteLog] Rttyrite and P38

I downloaded and   installed DirectIO and it allows my P38  to  work in
everything but Rttyrite.   It   works just fine  in XPWare etc.

Don't know why rttyrite won't  connect with DirectIO  and  everything else
will.
