[WriteLog] cw store and send

I would like to use Writelog as a general cw keying program. Is there a =
way that I can compose my cw message,while copying the other station, =
without sending it, then hit a key or mouse click to send it when I am =
ready to transmit?  If not, does anyone know of a cw program that will =
do this using the serial port keying interface that Writelog uses?
