[WriteLog] CW speed

Hello to all.

 I have a small problem with WL, inserted all the parameters of configuration 
and saved the several configurations, between which the speed of the CW, every 
time that I make to leave the program the speed of the CW is much lowland. 
Someone of you knows to say to me why.
