When you press F1 from the packet window an error is displayed that says it
can't find the help file. I verified this on 3 computers.
If you follow the prompts and tell it where the help file is then it works.
I had both computers crash this weekend while attempting to reconnect the
telnet session. It would disconnect without any indication so I wouldn't
know if we were connected and then I would go to the packet window to check
and hit F1 to call CQ and the error message would pop up and I didn't know
the work around until 2 minutes ago.
