[WriteLog] VFO B support?

I'm still using 10.36 and would appreciate info on whether the latest rev of 
WL supports VFO B with its own separate bandmap and whether there is the 
ability to send a packet spot directly to VFO B either from its bandmap or 
the packetspot window (right click?).
