[WriteLog] 10 minute rule for WPX

Hello friends,

We are preparing for a M/S effort in this weekends WPX, and while testing our 
setup, I came across a strange thing.

The band change window always counts down from 60 min, even when selecting the 
10 minute rule.

My version is 10.40J and a while ago I installed the ARRL DX band change patch.

Could it be the patch that messed up the band change counter, or am I missing 
something here? Is there a .ini entry I should edit?
