[WriteLog] 1B0AS

Hi all,

I got called by 1B0AS in the Anatolian RTTY contest, and Writelog wouldn't
assign it to a country!
The call is from the Turkish part of Northern Cyprus, and I now wonder how
to handle this in the log.
Anyone got any good ideas? As he gave me 096 as a serial number, he
obviously worked others too, so I won't be alone in this!

I have managed to make WL see it as Turkey, but I am sure that is not the
correct way!
