[WriteLog] CQP QTH Problem

I didn't get an answer to this one, so I'll try again. WL didn't let me
enter DX (or any DX prefix) in the QTH field. What can I change to allow
that?

Also, what do I change so WL allows MAR instead of MR and MD instead of MDC?
