Just getting around to E-mail after the contest. I don't know that this
question has been answered correctly so here goes.

DC did not register as a multiplier in WriteLog for me either even though it is
a valid multiplier. The reason is because there was no entry for DC in the
namedmult.ini file which is located in the c:\ham\programs directory. To fix
this, open the namedmult.ini file in notepad. Under the [RTYRNDUP-STATES]
section, add a line that says:

DC=3

I put it at the end of the other 3 call area listings so it shows like this:

DE=3
MD=3
PA=3
DC=3

Save the file. Open your ARRL Roundup log and you will see that it now takes DC
as a multiplier.

The namedmult.ini file that comes with WriteLog is not correct. It needs to be
fixed.

I think you have to modify the multiplier.ini file to include DC in the rttyru
section - that will only affect the writelog "score".
Or just leave it as entered, as when the cabrillo file is generated, the scoring
program at arrl will sort it out.
