[WriteLog] RIG KEYING UNDER WIN2000PRO

I read a long way back on the reflector that rig keying cannot be
accomplished from the printer port as I had been able to do under WIN98. Can
anybody advise me how they are keying the rig for cw under WIN2000PRO?
