[WriteLog] Mad Dog Entertainer 7.1 DSP Sound Card

I ran the sound card check on this card and it rated a 7B.  It received this
rating because it could not find a mute for WAV sounds.

I also tried the Soundblaster PCI 16 and it received a 7F.
