[WriteLog] cabrillo format

I am new to Write Log for contesting.

Just completed my first contest - Ukranian RTTY

 

I am unable to activate the Contest/Cabrillo menu. It comes up in light font
on the screen and does not respond to clicking.

 

Any advice on how to address the problem?
