[RTTY] Logs for DL-DX-RTTY

Hello RTTY contesters!

Please ensure that your logs:
- are in correct Cabrillo format,
- contain category/class of participation, i.e. A,B,C,D or E,
- contain your email address.
WL users make sure you use the latest DL1EFD module and enter
that email address when prompted so!
