[WriteLog] 2 & 3 letter .wav combos

One last feature that would complement the new Full Callsign .wav feature
would be to search for 2 & 3 letter .wav combinations i.e., W6, AA6, etc.
That way, if a full callsign isn't recorded, there would be a high
probability at least a partial combo could be found, further reducing the
robotic nature of single letter .wav files. CT used to have this feature.
