[WriteLog] Serial Port Addition/FSK

Thanks to all for providing the many suggestions and explanations of 5 
bit baudot code and fsk rtty, as well as adding/or solving the serial 
port issue..  I've got it down now, and awaiting an answer from a 
maunfacturere to see if their device handles the needed code.
