Tom,

Go to Start, Programs, WriteLog v10, Sound Board Mixer Control.  Open that 
applet. There you can select which sound card WriteLog is using. As far as 
I know, Writelog can only control one sound card for the radio, even though 
there are three boxes you check - I may be wrong; I never have tested it. I 
just change all three and it works. You have to restart Writelog to re-read 
the ini file.
