Aren't the WL application developers receiving email from this list?   If
not, maybe someone should bring this issue to their attention.   If so, then
why hasn't this become an action item for future releases?   Seems to me,
for the cost of the software this should be addressed as the problem is not
going to go away.   If it is not possible, please tell the list then this
can become a dead issue.   If you are working on it, please let everyone
know that aswell.

My 2cents worth.   No flaming emails please..
