Bob, is your 1/4" plug that goes into the rig a stereo, or mono? I would
guess it has to be stereo, since my MP has to have stereo, as did my 990 I
had years ago. Just grasping at straws as you probably have checked that.
Not having the vox on (I would think) would keep your rig from keying also.
