[WriteLog] Anyone have msg buffers for the FLA qso party?

Im looking for the correct way to insert the current county into the CW
message buffers for a rover station.  Is that the Exchange option "F"?  Is
that what its going to send or is it the 5nn?

If you've got some preconfigured msg buffer's, I'd be most gracious.
