[WriteLog] Changing Com ports from 1 through 4 to 8 through11

A while back one could change the com ports in the setup from the 
standard com ports of 1 through 4 to other numbers by renaming the 
commslots withing the ini file.

I've checked the ini file and it does not look like Writelog is still 
using 'commslot' to define the com ports.

So how does one change the com port assignments?
