I have just set up the DX doubler with Writelog for the very first time.
Can anyone using this combo please provide me with some operating tips !
I have no experience in SO2R so all help would be much appreciated.
One of the things I am curious about is this scenario:
I would of course like to listen on the radio which is not transmitting
I guess this is done according to the manual when the audio switch on the DXD
is in PTT position.
However when the radio transmitting is finished I would like to listen on this
radio and not both at the same time !
Maybe this is not possible with the DXD ?
According to the DXD manual you can only listen to the radio transmitting when
the audio switch is in auto mode !?
I have a two hours drive to our Contest station and because of a busy time
schedule I am not able to do any practiceing with the DXD before the CQWW SSB
My bottom line is:
How do you operate the DXD with writelog ?
