[WriteLog] Beam-Heading -- Reverse Bearing..

I had several replies already. the solution, thanks to John, W0UN, is as
follows:

The heading the other guy needs to work you.  It can be helpful (I
guess)
at times if you can tell someone where to point HIS beam.
