          JUST BEEN RUNNING THE BARTG CONTEST FOR 3 HOURS . WHEN I WENT TO
TX A QSO NO TX. I HAVE CLOSED ALL WINDOWS SHUT DOWN PC  AND REBOOT PC STILL
