For what it's worth...
I updated my files (including CTY file) using the FILE/WEB UPDATE DATA
FILES
from within WL. After restarting WL, I typed in TO9A and received
"UNKNOWN MULT"...
I down loaded and installed the latest CTY file from the K1EA web page.
Now when I type in TO9A, it correctly shows the mult as Martiniquie.
Seems that WL is NOT loading the current CTY file.
