Rick,
I think you have to first get the Cabrillo file into ADIF format in order to
import it into a WL file. A Google search for a Cabrillo to ADIF conversion
program produced in the following link.

There are probably several others out there on the internet somewhere, but
this one has a specific reference in the WL archives as doing the job.
