[WriteLog] Belkin USB to Serial: Com Port Assignment?

Is there a way to change the com port assignment of the Belkin, or any 
usb to serial port adapter?

When I plug the Belkin F5U103 it automatically assigns com port 6.  I'd 
like to reassign it to say com 2 or 3.
