Jerry,
I tired the same thing you did. I started a new contest log for Nov. SS and
logged in VY2LI in MAR. Of course it worked perfectly!!! Recognized the
Section as a multiplier and gave it the proper number.
I must have done something wrong or created a unique series of events during
the contest.
It's working now so all's well that ends well.

Computers are so much fun.
As you might guess, it works just fine here. MAR correctly gives a score
albeit with only one entry in the log, hi I see that this is version
10.62H on this computer, I am behind on my backup computer. So I just
downloaded and installed 10.63H. It also gives a multiplier for MAR.
By chance, is that the second qso for MAR which should have a Zero
mulitplier?????
