[WriteLog] Cant set wave fie to XXXX

I know I have seen some answers to this before but they indicate you have to 
have a file in a designated folder. I do and that is not the answer.  The 
wavefile location is setup in the WL ini and this message comes up every time 
you load WL no matter where your wave files are located.  What is this error 
message really looking for ?
