I have not updated the country file in a while, but I believe that putting
wl_cty.dat in
C:\Program Files\WriteLog\Programs is all you need to do.
If you run ConvertCTY to WriteLog you convert cty.dat to overwrite
wl_cty.dat
I'm sure that just downloading wl_cty.dat from the site into C:\Program
Files\WriteLog\Programs
is all I have done in the past to update it.
