WinKeyer2 is WKUSB and the new serial WinKeyer 2.

WinKeyer 2 is the new 16 pin Winkey IC that K1EL uses in his
retail keyers and kits instead of the original 8 pin Winkey IC.
The original WinKey IC is still available for those who wish
to build their own keyer, for those who need to repair an
older product and other equipment manufacturers with designs
based on the original 8 pin chip.
