COQP was added to WL as part of:
Version 10.63 April, 2007
Even if you register the DLL in an older version, it may not correctly work
because 10.62H did not support COQP and you're trying to patch it.

Thanks for the response.
Reboot did not fix the problem.
Could be I have put the dll file in the wrong place. Still investigating.
Some one else mentioned it worked fine in WL10.68x
Running WL 10.62H
