Bill,

In addition to "AutoClearOnTuneMinHz=500" try adding "TuningDetectionCout=3" 
to your [Entry] section.  According to the WL help manual, 
"TuningDetectionCount is the number of consecutive polls of the rig that 
must be tuning to decide the operator really is tuning."  If this command is 
missing WL cannot determine that VFO movement has occurred and the entry in 
the Call field should be cleared.
