[WriteLog] Tuning the Radio from the Keyboard

Couldn't find the answer to this in the archives.
 
Is there a way to tune the frequency knob of the radio from the KEYBOARD?  
I know you can use the wheel on the mouse and I know you can enter a 
specific frequency.  But I was just wondering if you can "tune the knob" 
incrementally some way.  Seems like the [  and ]  keys allowed this in NA and 
maybe 
something similar in CT.
 
By the way, I run Writelog in CT Compatible mode.
