The help file only has a placeholder for CW Speed Setup, but no information.
Go to Setup > Ports >
Click the "CW Speeds" button.
You'll get a matrix of preset speeds. I think WL defaults to the speed in
the top of the third column on startup. Massage that matrix as you wish.
