That's actually the wrong thing to do. Let's say TI5/WW4LL is on the
air, and WW4LL is in the SCP database. If DE is turned off, then only
the WW4LL part of the call will highlight. If DE it turned on then the
whole call, including TI5/ will highlight, as long as it follows DE.
