[WriteLog] Radio drivers

Where is the file of radio drivers for WL located?  I'm running Vista 32 
Bit.  I need to modify the hex address in the IC-7800 radio driver to test a 
problem, but I can't seem to find the location of this file.  I don't even 
remember its name.  I know I've seen it before and made modifications to it, 
but the memory cells just can't seem to conjure up the location anymore.
