[WriteLog] DUPE RECOGNITION

Using the Washington State QP module, the dupes do NOT register on  the 
band map as red again if you change bands or modes.  Also the CHECK  CALL 
clears when you change bands or modes.  Which s/w is no longer working  or is 
this unique to the WAQP module?  Dupes are not indicated in the log  either.
