[WriteLog] 2011 10 meter contest

    I was checking the setup for the 10 Meter contest  since they added 
individual counties in Mexico. Writelog does not recognize the  prefixes as a 
multiplier. Do I have to download a new contest module?  I am  running a old 
version of Writelog ie 10.32.
