This update is not working for me.  I downloaded it and ran Convert CTY, but 
when I start WL and enter VERSION in the call field I get Dodecanese, not 
Eastern Kiribati.  I opened wl_cty.dat with Notepad and searched for 
VER20101024 and I find it under Canada at XO2=VER20101024.  A search for 
VERSION finds it at Dodecanese.  Any idea what's going on here?
