I am a little confused by the setup for the Russian DX Contest.
>From the rules, it appears that the exchange:

I brought up the contest in a new setup and when entering a random
call ie UA9YE and hitting the space bar, it did not bring up the Oblast
Code? Instead it brought up UA9Y in the recvd field.
This does not seem to be consistent with the contest rules.
Am I missing something here?
