[WriteLog] K0PC CWOps Mini-CWT Version 1.0 is Flawed

I experienced software crashes using Writelog Version 10.90A and the K0PC
CWOps Mini-CWT version 1.0.  After the CWOps Mini-CWT at 1300z, I saw a note
that K0PC CWOps Mini-CWT version 1.0 is flawed.  An update is available at: 

http://www.w0aa.org/tmp/Mini_CWT_1.1.msi

The update appears to work fine.
