I was at W6YX and using V11.01E and MMTTY. Single radio and single
computer. Dual decoder windows: One main, one "clone" for sub-receiver.
Telnet spots, and networked to a second computer for log backup and local
spotting help (we were Multi-single).
Function key delay happened very rarely, where I noticed a small delay
of maybe 1 or 2 seconds when pushing an F-key.I thought it might be due
to the use of a USB to Serial adapter for rig control, which does not seem
as "timely" as the true serial port.
Decoder "stutter" problem, where the decoding was delayed and came in
bursts rather than continuously and smoothly, happened once. It was if
the computer were tied up on some other program and not able to service
the printout window in a prompt manner. It went away after a minute and
did not occur again.
Otherwise Writelog and MMTTY performed very well.Full 24 hrs and 1400 QSOs.
No crashes or software restarts. No "server busy" boxes. I'm happy!
