MMTTY via XMMT.ocx does work but the transmit buffering is such that
the characters do not go out as they are typed if transmitting live

out and what is showing on the screen in blue characters is not the
same but the messages are going out so fast it's hard to tell the
difference. The messages do go out and are decoded correctly on the
receive end when using MMTTY via XMMT.ocx.

I am not seeing that here. With MMTTY/XMMT.ocx the characters appear
in the Rttyrite window about one letter (165 ms) before they are
transmitted from either the stored message or from the keyboard (Alt-K)
window. The results are the same from the SM6SRW MMTTY Plug in for
Writelog *assuming* MMTTY is generating the FSK and MMTTY's "USB Port"
option is set to "C: Limiting Speed".
